Notes

After a few days lacking motivation I got out for a solid run on my own. Did the same route is last week in the exact same time only I felt a lot better. Added on 5 minutes to get 13 and decided to call that good. My knee got really sore in the middle of the run again, but then felt better the last 3-4 miles. Toe is very stiff after the run.
