Notes

Morning run with Nutmeg on the bike path. I felt slow to start, my stomach still felt upset, legs were tired, and my back was tight. So when Nutmeg mentioned a small workout I was not looking forward to it. We did the first piece (which must have been about 2 minutes at 6-6:30 pace) and I felt terrible. Even after we stopped the piece I thought I might need to stop and walk for a minute. Everything felt terrible and I could get my legs back under me. I told Nutmeg I probably need to head back and he was ok with that. He was still going to do some more pieces and I figured I should try again since these shouldn't be that hard.

The second piece felt much more comfortable. My legs were still tired but my stomach and back felt better and that helped a ton. Ended up doing all 4 pieces with Nutmeg feeling good enough by the end. I was still happy to be done at 7 miles though.
