Notes

Workout with Nutmeg on the bike path. My knee continued its cyclical hurt at night and then feel recovered by the time of the run. The workout wasn't too long but I was definitely feeling stronger than I did on Saturday. 3 minutes tempo into recovery then (3 minutes 10k, 1 minute rest, 1 minute mile, 3 minutes rest) x3. The 10k pieces were just causing my legs to strain and the first mile piece felt pretty terrible as well. By the end of the second mile piece I felt like my legs were finally feeling normal and smoother. The last 10k still felt longer than I would like 3 minutes to feel but it was still pretty good. The last mile piece I was finally ready to roll and gave it a little extra gas the last 20 seconds, which actually made my legs feel even better.

Nothing crazy about the workout but good to get rolling at some faster pieces and keep up with Nutmeg. I basically forgot about me knee by the end of the workout.
