Notes
Another run on my own with the goal to be uptempo again. This one likely got more into the realm of actual tempo though. From about 2-4 miles I was running a little faster than yesterday and then from 4-7 I kept picking it up to more along the lines of tempo. I'm not 100% sure on pace but hopefully it was low 6 to sub 6 for miles 4-7. Overall my legs have felt much better the last two days than they have in a while.
