Notes

The plan was to take a week off since I had been really tired lately. On Tuesday I was planning on starting back up but I woke up and my right heel was in a ton of pain. I wasn't even able to put weight on it. The next couple of days were pretty rough but it was feeling better so I decided to try out a short run. Right away I could tell I didn't really want to land on my heel so my right calf got insanely tight during the run. When I finished I knew I was going to have to take at least a few more days off.

I'm not very happy that I somehow got injured while taking time off.
