Notes

Run on my own from my parents to Maquoketa. I decided a point to point run seemed like the best option for me to get in double digits. I started out a little slower than usual and ran 6:5x for the first 4-5 miles before getting up to the typical 6:3x pace. I ran that the rest of the way and really did feel great. Probably should have added on for a much longer run since it felt far better than last weeks 15 mile run.
