Alumni basketball tournament started early today. We ended up playing 5 games that were 25 minutes long. I felt good playing but was ready to be done by the end. I knew running would be unlikely this weekend due to starting basketball early and not feeling good enough to run after playing. Woke up struggling to move on Sunday so I took an extra day off.
