Notes
This run was a bad idea. It was snowing all day and I tried to wait for it to be done, but still wanted to get out before it got dark. I felt like I found a decent window to start in but almost immediately after I started running a cold rain started. The rain doesn't really bother me but something about cold and wet pants seems to really aggravate my knee. I basically just turned around and headed straight back and was still worried about what the repercussions would be. I debated taking my pants off and just finishing the last couple of miles in running shorts but I wasn't sure that would be a great idea either.
In retrospect I should have just run on the treadmill today. The good news is that my knee ended up recovering fine.
