Long run from the house. I knew I wanted to try for a bigger week this week and needed to start off with at least 10. While deciding between a loop for 10 or just going out further for a longer out and back I was a little unsure, but the miles from 5-8 rolled by very smoothly and I was feeling really strong. The last couple of miles I was definitely tired and ready to be done but I also could have pushed a little further if needed. Probably should have added on a few more minutes for 14 but I didn't realize I was up to 13.5 until I mapped it after the run.
