Nutmeg took us to the track and I felt good.
1600 in 6:00: This felt good but I was a little surprised it wasn't faster.
800 in 2:49: Nothing crazy and overall it felt pretty good.
600 in 2:00: This one was faster and still felt good.
400 in 75: I don't really remember much about this rep.
200 in 34: This felt more like a stride and my form felt great. Hard to imagine doing it for a mile but that is how it always feels running fast.
Prior to the 200 I wasn't sure if Nutmeg was planning a ladder or what the full workout plan was, so while I was tiring I was still prepared to do it all a second time and think it would have been doable.
