Notes
Run with Nutmeg on the bike path. My knee surprised me by getting very tight last night. This had me a little concerned for the planned long run but I also didn't want to take the day off since I've noticed running sometimes makes it feel better. This run was somewhere in between. I played it safe on slippery sections and noticed some lingering tightness but it felt pretty decent throughout the run. Other than that I was feeling great and would have enjoyed going for a longer run. I wasn't sure how it would feel after the run though so I figured stopping was the right call. It was still sore the rest of the night but no worse than before the run and still a little better than the previous night so hopefully I can just run through this.
