Biked on the indoor trainer. I attempted to play video games while biking but it was pretty tough. Since my arch was a little sore today I figured 30 minutes was enough.
Give you a controller, one of those beer helmets with straws hooked up to water, and a bike and you could go all day!

I might be able to longer if the helmet was hooked up to beer. I think this is something we should try.
