Notes
I made it back to town to do a longer run in Beverly with Nutmeg. Unfortunately I had to get back to the house and was unable to do the entire run with him. I felt really good on this run though. I lead the entire time and from 30-70 minutes basically flew by. Interesting note was the Nutmeg tripped and fell on the same root that I fell on a couple of days ago.
