Run with Nutmeg and Noelridge. Nutmeg had a 1-2-3-2-1-2-3-2-1 workout with equal recovery that seems like it shouldn't have felt too hard but I was pretty tired by the end. At the same time, I can't say I felt like I was straining too bad on any of the pieces. So it wore me down but still a good workout. I'm sure some fatigue comes from 30 miles in 3 days after not much running the week and a half prior.
