Kyle was heading home from Cedar Falls so he stopped for a run with Nutmeg and I. We went on the trail with a headlamp again. I'm not sure if it worked quite as well with 3 people. The run was good though with a lot to chat about. My legs felt really good again. Not much shin pain.
