Notes

Run on my own with a little tempo thrown in. One ten minute piece, 4 minute recovery, and another 7 minute piece. I was feeling really good to start this run and felt good during the tempo but also like I was tired of doing it. I'm not sure what the pace was but this may have been a run that I should have just gone longer and picked it up more gradually.
