Notes

First time using aero bars. This was a little scary at first, but I got used to it. The first downhill was a little strange without having my hands on the brakes on the way down. I was also surprised that my back actually felt better than usual in that position. The back of my knee did start to get a little sore again. I tried to run right after the ride, but after a couple of minutes could tell it wasn't going to happen so I decided I would try again the next day.
