Run on my from the house. I wasnt too motivated to start but settled in with the cooler weather and was feeling pretty good after a few miles. Started to think about a tempo at some point and at 6 miles i decided to go for a light tempo at 6 minute pace. It felt decent to start but i could tell 6 minute pace felt harder than i thought it would be, especially considering i ran about 6:20 pace for the second 10 miles of my run on monday. But im probably still feeling fatigue from that run. I ended up doing 5 miles between 6-6:05. Cooled down one more slow mile for a decent day.
