Run with Siafu on the trails in Decorah. Siafu was ready to go a bit earlier than me but I felt good enough starting this run and after getting through the need for a bathroom the run went by quickly. I was surprised we ended up with 50 minutes although we did keep it pretty easy throughout. Siafu is definitely in the best shape I have seen in a long time.
