Notes
Definitely the most relaxed Thorsday run I have been on, even though it was still faster than a couple of them that I have done. The weather was nice and we had a small group of 4 pretty early on. Tried to find some things to chat about but seemed like no one really knows what to say to each other in that group. Nutmeg and Jay made a bathroom break around mile 8 so Warren and I had a chance to chat a little more than we have previously. Nutmeg caught up right before the trails and Jay shortly after that. The trails felt good and relaxed and the only time I felt tired was the last quarter mile that it seemed like everyone was picking it up for some reason. Not a fast run, but it felt good to feel so strong at a pace that I should feel strong during.
