Notes

I decided to take a couple days off after feeling like crap for the two runs last week. This turned into a week off as I had very little motivation. I decided to still go to Thorsday but made sure to drop off the front group and just feel good. Ended up having one other guy to run with at a little slower pace than I needed but that was alright. I picked it up a little during the trails but that sent me from feeling good to feeling like crap really quickly.
