Notes

I felt much better than yesterday but I feel like that led to me just running much faster than I probably should have. By the last mile I was starting to feel my back tighten up a little, but I was closing in a on a runner up ahead so I wanted to keep up the pace. It turns out the runner finished his workout right before I caught him so I didn't even get the satisfaction of passing him while he was running. This probably wasn't quite a tempo workout but it definitely was a harder/faster run.
