Notes

Started out pretty sluggish again after a full day of moving stuff for Jess on Saturday. But by 4 miles I had started to find a groove. I was feeling really good until about 5 minutes to go and then my right hip/groin started to get really tight and then feel like bone was rubbing and that it needed to pop. I actually probably started limping on the run for a few minutes as this was pretty intense pain for a while. But it did end up subsiding the last minute or two. Volleyball and the rest of the night it still felt really tight with certain movement but not painful just walking or standing. I've noticed this tightness on some other run previously but it has never felt that painful.
