Run with Nutmeg from his house again. Nutmeg decided to give 10 a try with me and we kept up a solid pace and conversation throughout. My toe was a little sore after the run yesterday but i ended up not noticing it today. Still had some tired legs but we kept up good conversation to help make it go by quickly.
