Notes

Run with a group of alumni at the conference meet. I decided to try out a short run to see if I would be able to race next weekend. The run felt pretty good to start but I decided to be safe and turn around with Hobie at 10 minutes. This was a good idea because I could tell my arch was getting sore the last few minutes. No sharp pain like before but I could tell I still need to rest it longer. Too bad I couldn't run much this weekend. It would have been fun to run with a lot of people in nice weather. I'm planning another week off and then starting up slowly again.
