Notes

6 mile warmup with Nutmeg, then I wanted to do some faster pieces on the track to prove that I could. Nutmeg did a separate workout. It was pretty windy and I ended up doing 3x400 with 1 minute recovery at 68, 66, 67. I was hoping these would be closer to 65 but it was very hard to even run those times. Then I did 3x200 at 31.5, 33, 31.8. I was a bit disappointed in these but the wind was pretty rough and I clearly just don't have the same speed that I used to. I was completely exhausted at the end of the last 200. To the point I was starting to feel sick. I'm not sure if this really convinced me that I can run fast but at least I got some faster paces in.
