Notes

Warmup with Nutmeg and Scott Gall. Cool down with Nutmeg. The warmup felt pretty good. I had some heartburn for some reason which didn't feel great.

I was hoping for a longer cool down but chaffing ended that plan quickly. Somewhere between 1-2 miles on the cool down.
