Run with Nutmeg on the trails in Cedar Falls. I felt really good today. The weather was about as cold as I have run in this year and we got rained on for part of the run as well. The trails were a little muddy but everything seemed tolerable and running with Nutmeg makes the miles go by pretty easily now that we don't run together often.
