Notes
Run on my own after work. It was humid but overcast with a slight breeze so I felt pretty good throughout the run. My knee did feel a little sore on a slight hill around mile 9 that had me a little frustrated but it seems to be feeling alright today. Hopefully it isn't anything to worry about. Even with the decent weather I was soaked by the end of the run. So I'm feeling alright with the humidity so far but it still hasn't been too hot and I'm kind of dreading it warming up even more.
