Notes

Nutmeg and I decided to do a workout together and he brought up 3x9 minutes at tempo with about 3 minute recovery. We did the first piece around 5:50-6:00 minute pace, then 5:40-5:45 pace for the second, and finally 5:25ish for the last piece. I felt really comfortable for the first couple of pieces but the third piece felt really fast right away. My legs were really struggling to get into a rhythm and I wondered if I would make it through the entire piece. I had a few minutes of feeling better but I was finally hitting a wall with a minute to go. Stuck it out since I was so close to the end but I was pretty tired after it. Really good workout though and I'm happy I could handle the last piece.
