Long run on McDowell with the boys, but just David on the way back. Not that slow of a pace, but kept it pretty chill. Longest run since that hammerfest a few weeks ago. Excited to hammer some long runs this winter, but it would be pretty stupid at this point in the year. Brought out the tights for the first time. Felt goooooooood.
