Notes

6x"200" w/8 minute jog recovery. Some of the 200's were on a measured section, some were just 35-40 second sprints on the road. This workout really sucked, legs felt completely trashed afterwards. Also pretty boring just running in circles for 45 minutes. Honestly jagged pretty hard on the 200's because my legs were killing me.
