7000m tempo on the indoor track. Split: 5:45.6 (hit very slightly late), :49.8, :47.1, :46.5, 2:10.4 for the last 600. With the group for the first 800, but they were going a little quicker than I wanted to, so I dropped off and went solo for the rest of it. Felt super smooth today, didn't start to feel hard until the last mile, and even then it wasn't too bad. I felt fine within a minute of so of stopping.
