Sleep: 8.75 hours. Warren Long run. Started moving to catch a group on Whitmore lake and had 3 consecutive sub 6:10 miles, rest of the run was more chill, but still pretty fast most of the way. Added a stadium loop, the back part of Hippo, and some Palmer laps with Pat cause this route is short as hell. New long run distance pr and I felt good the whole way. Foot felt pretty ok too.
