3200m race. Pretty disappointing to be honest. Got out pretty fast (1:21 400) and just got progressively slower from there. Pretty much ran alone until the last lap. I was aiming for around 12:00 so just really slow. I think with someone to run with i'm capable of that time though. Still like a 3.5 minute PR though.
