Sleep: 9.5 hours. Max Hock Parkway solo midday. Felt good and just cruised through this one nice and easy. Focused on landing midfoot with my left foot as I usually heel strike with my left foot and midfoot strike with my right and I'm trying to fix that. Feel like the legs are finally coming around 6 weeks in.
