Tempo at Green Acres. Split 5:59, :56, :57, then forgot to split watch and got next mile in 6:41, and then another minute at ~6:40. Overall pace (from watch) was 6:43, probably really more like 6:36, but I don't have all the lap times to add up and divide by .9.Group went slow today due to the heat, but we all stayed together which is good. Some dropped at 3, some at 4, me and Zheng dropped just short of 4.5 laps. It started to feel like I was racing, and I didn't want to over do it. Slow pace, but definitely tempo effort. Much improved from last tempo.
