Notes
Couldn't make practice this morning because I was in St. Louis visiting WashU, so this was done at about 7:00. Decided against doing the 400's because my stomach was bothering me and planned on doing an easy 8-9 on the same route as last thursday. Hit 9 and felt good so I though i might as well get an even 10, still felt good at 10 so I thought I might as well equal my longest long run (11.48), at that point I though about how I wanted to run a half-marathon this summer and that it was unlikely I would get another chance so I went for it. Really slow pace, but that's because it was an easy run that morphed into a long run. Still felt slightly fatigued from biking yesterday so hopefully tomorrow isn't terrible.
