1x60 on/60 off. Been feeling tired and my calf has been bothering me so I did an easy workout off the track. Went down plymouth, huron parkway and hubbard. 3 reps on plymouth, 2 down Huron Parkway, reversed back up Huron Parkway for one of the reps, then did, 2 reps up Hubbard and 2 down. Probably slightly net downhill, but not by too much. Felt ok, but not great. Good to get the legs moving, but keep it fairly easy.
