7x800 @ 2 mile (~2:40) with 3 minutes rest plus 400 @ mile (~75). Split 2:41, :38.5, 40.5, :42.5, :41, :40.5, :35.5 for the 800's and 1:09 for the 400. Group E was bitching hard, but I just shot for 2:40 regardless of the supposed length of the 800, which is probably a little long (logged as .5 miles). Felt kinda crappy, but I was still able to get the workout done without a problem. Had to do the seventh alone, which is when it really started to hurt, and I really started having to poop. Solid confidence booster workout for Wheaton South. Much faster than the other 2 times I've done 7x800. Went a little too long on some of the rests though, which needs to be fixed. Pooped after the last 800 then did a short jog over to the 400 line. Went too hard, but not too bad. Good to know I still have some speed after 3.5 miles of 2 mile pace work. Assuming that it actually is 400m. (Combined 3 GPS files into one workout because they were only separate by accident.)
