Sleep: 9 hours. HRD long run in the adios pros. Did 5.02 in 30:08.97 as the first part of a planned 5432 workout, but I had to shit and my legs were dead so the rest of the workout did not occur. Took 3 gels if I remember correctly. 30mph headwind with crazy gusts on the way out so the 5 miles was actually a pretty decent effort tbh.
