Sleep: 8 hours. Easy River Walk run with RE on the way out and some red group boys on the way back. One of the fastest recovery runs I've ever done, and the first time I've done even a moderately fast easy run in a long time. Despite the fastish pace it felt pretty easy and I never felt like I wasn't recovering. 4 strides after (not in mileage) as well, felt pretty fast. Really excited for the meet this week. Good to be back on the momentum train. AM shake tomorrow.
