4 miles @marathonish (5:52.4, :55.8, :46.8, :42.4), mile jog, 3miles @thresholdish (5:40.8, :36.8, :35.7). Unexpected closure on hrd shifted the rhythm a bit so we had to do a few oabs, but still ended up being a really nice workout. One of my best in a long time. Dings company was very helpful as well.
