3200m race. Ran around 11:50, messed up my watch so I was forced to rely on a Baganz estimate, probably more a little faster. Tried to stick with Luke, but got dropped by him and Arun and Jack. Went through the mile at like ~5:47 then slowed down a lot partially because I was alone. Ran with Mike Codo for a while in the second half, the kicked really weakly to beat him. Decent race, but I was looking for closer to 11:30. 40 second PR, but not satisfied.
