54321, 54321 fartlek w/2 minutes rest between reps, and 4 minutes rest between sets. Did this with Tank, Jacob, Streng, Patrick, and Ding. Good workout 543 felt not too bad, but the 2 and the 1 knocked me out a little but. Quite a high volume workout with some decently fast running, but felt pretty strong for most of it, felt good about the group we had too, made me excited. Fastest running I've done in a while.
