Sleep: 7 hours. Whipped up a new long run route today. Went to Whalon, DRP then down 95th and book to Springbrook and down through there back home. Felt decent and cruised this one. The path in springbrook was in bad shape and it was windy coming back, but other than that this was fairly chill. Good run. First doc title loss though, congrats Will.
