15 min lactate threshold w/2:30 rest, 2x600m @ 5k w300m rest, 2x400m @ mile pace w/200m rest, 2x200m all out w/200 rest. Split: (5:42.2, 5:47.6, 2:52.4, 44.8 1600, 1600, 800, last 200 splits for the tempo portion which ended up being just over 15 minutes), (1:53.7, 1:53.0), (1:09.0, 1:08.3), (31.9, 30.9). Really good workout. Tempo part was mostly solo cause I wanted to keep it pretty relaxed and run my own pace. The rest was with Lincoln, Kev, and Ding. Ran quite fast, probably some of the fastest reps I've done since HS. Good to get the speed going. Feeling fit af right now.
