Sleep: 9 hours. Tubbsy Dog Long run. Wanted to sleep in so I did this solo in the afternoon. Kept it steady the whole way and just cruised slightly south of 7 flat pace. Started to get dehydrated about halfway through, so the second half was a struggle, legs felt ok most of the way though. Wish I had hydrated better, but not terrible besides that. Super nice out too, shirtless in February felt super weird.
