Notes

7x800 @ VO2 (2:46). Did most of this in lane 3 because the girls can't use the 300m marks apparently. Tried to move the start up to make up the extra distance, but they were probably still decently long (except the last 2 which were actually 800's in lane 1). Split: 2:50.5, :53, :50, :50.5, :51, :47.5, :46. Splits mean next to nothing with the wind, and distance being off, but I'm fairly sure we were on pace because the last 2, which were actual 800's, were the same effort as the others, and were on pace. Didn't feel that good, just sat in the middle of Blue, and hung on. Did the same workout September 2nd, and even with all the crap I was still way faster today #improvement. Felt a little pain in my left patellar tendon so I will work on keeping my hamstrings, and quads loose. Also had some weird back pain that I'll keep an eye on. Distance might be off because GPS is never that accurate on the track.
