8000m Tempo. Split: 5:51.6, :51.5, :49.4, :51.0, :41.3. Good workout, wanted to get something in, but not something super hard because of RAM this weekend. Haven't done a solid tempo in while, but settled into a rhythm pretty quickly and this didn't feel too bad. Did the normal pickup last 800 as well. Also work a long sleeve over a short sleeve during this just cause I felt like and for some heat training.
